In the app (fastest)
Open Selora Health and go to Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm; the deletion runs immediately.
By email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@selorahealth.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. A real person will confirm and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
Deletion is a true server-side erasure of everything tied to your account: your training history, protocol and dose logs, uploaded lab files and every value extracted from them, body and check-in data, food and hydration logs, your login sessions, and your password hash. This cannot be undone.
Data on your own device is yours; deleting your account removes our server copy. You can also delete the app from your phone to remove the local copy.
Want a copy first?
You can export your data before deleting: in the app, go to Settings → Your data → Export my data to download everything as one file. If you no longer have the app, email support@selorahealth.ai and we'll send you a copy. See our privacy policy for the full picture of what we store and for how long.
